OUR PROCESS -  We will attempt to reach the home owner and schedule an appointment on the same day we receive the request.  All appointments will be scheduled between Mon-Fri and all efforts made to accommodate the homeowner.  If we cannot reach the homeonwer withing 3 days, we will notify the original requester.  When we do successfully reach the homeowner and schedule an appointment, we will alsy notify the requester.
